Realtor Referral Program

Cactus Companies welcomes and invites licensed Realtors to register their clients. A client must be registered by their agents prior to their first meeting with Cactus Companies and Grant Dean. Agents who are in compliance with registering clients are eligible to receive a $100 Gift Certificate to Russo’s Restaurant and 3% realtor referral fee based on the base price of the project when their clients enter into a contractual agreement with Cactus Companies to build, remodel or consult on a building project. Payment of fees as follows: referral fees will be paid in full at the time of slab or foundation pour.

For fencing referrals, agents who are in compliance with registering clients are eligible to receive a $25 gift certificate to Russo’s Restaurant and 3% realtor referral fee based on the base price of the fencing project. Referral fees will be paid at the time of job completion. Click here to register clients
